Please do not start any of these exercises unless you have been instructed by one of the doctors at Highlands Foot & Ankle, as there may be some that are harmful to your condition and or may cause more harm than good.  You may feel like you have the same symptoms as “your friend”, and they were told to do all of these exercises, but that does not mean you should do any of them until you have been diagnosed properly.
